27th February 2007.

I had my first ever Chinese New Year celebration in Queensway. The different CCA asthetic groups performed for us, like the Indian Dance and the Chinese Dance. The Emcees were also very enthusiastic about the assembly and it put all of us in celebrating mood. The biggest surprise was when some of the teachers went upstage to sing the different Chinese songs, like our art teacher (Mr Leet), our chinese teacher and our geography teacher (Ms Leow). Ms Chia and some other teachers were also upstage too.

Finally, the concert was over. We had Student Potential Programme after school, but alot of people skipped it, as they wanted to go back to their primary schools. I thought of going too, but I decided that i did not want to take the risk and get caught. So, I stayed back with some other people. We sort of had fun during the Student Potential Programme, the trainer taught us a new game called,"Traffic". It was actually quite meaningful, once we got the hang of it.

When the Student Potential Programme end, I rushed back to my primary school with my other friends in 103. We wanted to take the chance to visit my former classmates and celebrate my friend's birthday.

Overall, I had a very good time.

Over the weekend, I am going to go to Malaysia and visit my relatives and grandparents which are there. I am looking forward to meeting my cousins as I do not see them much over the year.
For now, I need to go pack for the long car journey, I'll write again next time!
